The owner of the SKOOR.EE (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Tooming Solutions OÜ (registry code 12074601), located at Lepa 12, Tartu, Estonia, 50705.
Match Passes and Competition Passes
Match Passes and Competition Passes are referred to as Passes.
Validity of contract of sale, Passes and price information
Match passes and Competition Passes are needed to watch sport events on the online store. The conditions of sale apply to purchases of Passes from the online store.
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Placing an order
We use LHV Paytech as our payment provider.
Tooming Solutions OÜ is the personal data controller and is providing relevant data to the personal data processor, LHV Paytech.
Shipment
Match Passes and Competition Passes are shipped to the account immediately after completing the payment successfully.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the Pass, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
The purchaser may not necessarily have the right of withdrawal; in such a case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must comply with the conditions provided for in subsection 53(4) in the Law of Obligations Act.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered Passes in any way.
To return the Passes, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal (the form for which can be found here: declaration of withdrawal) to the e-mail address info@skoor.ee within 14 days of receiving the Pass.
The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the Pass which includes the fees of the payment provider.
Processing of personal data
The online store will use the personal data provided by the purchaser, including name, phone number, address, email, and bank details, for processing the order, sending Passes to the purchaser, and for the purpose of notifying about new functionality and information.
The purchaser is able to opt out of notifications sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail.
Data deletion request
In order to request deletion of your data, please contact info@skoor.ee with your email address connected to the Skoor application.
Streaming of sport events
The online store streams public sport events as general event footage. By attending these public events, attendees implicitly consent to being included in the broadcast. The streams focus on the event as a whole and do not target specific individuals.
If an individual believes they are prominently identifiable and wishes to request content review or removal, they may contact info@skoor.ee. The platform will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis, and incidental inclusion in general event footage does not automatically qualify for removal.
The online store retains the right to make the final decision regarding content removal requests.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to info@skoor.ee.
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
